All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order. Express delivery within Australia typically takes 1–4 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to only domestic (Australia) addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or lost during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. The Bloom Code is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
