At The Bloom Code, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For health and hygiene reasons, any bath, body, or self-care product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We may request photos as proof. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you need a replacement, contact us and we will arrange for a new item once the issue is verified.
